End User Licence Agreement
Last updated: 3 August 2026
This agreement is between you and Lú Music Technology Limited, Company No. NI692374, Belfast, Northern Ireland. It governs your use of HRF and any other software we supply. Installing or using the software means you accept it.
1. Licence granted
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software in accordance with the plan you purchased:
- Individual perpetual: one named user, who may install on the machines they personally use, provided only one instance is in use at a time.
- Rent-to-Own: the same rights as an individual licence for as long as payments are current.
- Enterprise: the number of seats purchased, used by the organisation named on the licence.
- Trial: full functionality for evaluation only, for 28 days depending on the campaign in effect when you download.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, resell, rent, sublicense or distribute the software;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law permits;
- remove or alter any notices, or circumvent licensing and activation;
- share licence keys or account credentials.
3. Activation
The software validates its licence, which requires an internet connection at activation and occasionally afterwards. Activation data is limited to what is needed to confirm a valid licence and is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property in it remains with Lú Music Technology Limited and its licensors. HRF is patent pending.
5. Updates and support
Perpetual licences include updates within the version you purchased. Major new versions may be offered as paid upgrades. Support is provided by email at info@lumusictech.com.
6. Warranty
We warrant that the software will perform substantially as described in its documentation. If it does not, tell us and we will repair, replace or refund it. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, the software is provided as is. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
7. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the licence, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data.
8. Termination
This licence ends if you breach it materially and do not remedy the breach within 30 days of being asked. On termination you must stop using and remove the software. Sections 4, 7 and 9 survive.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory laws of their country of residence. Purchases are also subject to our Terms of Service.
